目的分析摩托车双轮同时跌落工况的瞬态冲击响应,以确定摩托车的强度设计指标.方法以轮胎跌落速度为自变量,根据摩托车减震器的工作状况,分段分析摩托车簧上和簧下质量所对应的位移、速度、加速度的瞬态冲击响应及最大冲击惯性载荷的变化规律.结果与结论以JH125摩托车的实际参数进行的仿真计算,确定了不同冲击阶段所对应的摩托车跌落速度及其最大冲击惯性载荷,给摩托车各部件的静强度设计提供了理论依据.
Objective To analyze the transient impulse response of two-wheeled motorcycles at the same time falling condition to determine the strength design indexes of motorcycles. Methods Based on the working condition of motorcycle shock absorbers, the tire drop velocity was used as an independent variable to analyze the transient response of displacement, velocity and acceleration and the change of maximum impact inertial load corresponding to the sprung and unsprung mass of motorcycle law. Results and Conclusion The actual calculation of the JH125 motorcycle determines the drop speed of the motorcycle and its maximum impact inertia load at different impact stages, which provides a theoretical basis for the static strength design of the motorcycle components.
