语言是信息传播的重要载体,公关信息的传播是公关交际活动中重要的手段,如果没有语言的运用,一切公关活动或人际沟通,很难取得圆满的效果。而公关语言表达的培养和提高,则要通过系统的学习和专门的训练,还应该有更多机会进行交际实践,把所学到的语方知识化为言语艺术技巧的技能。口语表达不但时效性强,而且时宜性也强,它大多是现想现讲,在瞬时多变的语境中不允许有更多的时间细心推敲或修改,何况说话者随时随地都有可能受到对方或第三者的干扰和影响。为此,设置《公关语言》课的目的是要提高学生的言语表达能力,培养学生在公关实务活动中,人际交往中能正确地运用语言符号进行沟通和传播,训练学生在较复杂的语境中有敏捷的应变能力,具备熟练的运用言语艺术
