性心理健康教育是学校针对于高中生生理、心理发展特点,运用有关性心理教育方法和手段,促进学生身心全面和谐发展和素质全面提高的教育活动,是素质教育的重要组成部分。目前,我国很多高中院校对于学生的性心理健康教育意识比较淡薄。只有在高中体育教学中,科学的开展性心理健康教育,引导高中生树立健康的性观,促进他们健康成长。
Sexual mental health education is an important component of quality education in schools, which aims at the physiological and psychological development characteristics of high school students and using the methods and means of sexual psychology education to promote students’ overall and harmonious development of physical and mental integrity and overall quality. At present, many high schools in our country have a weak awareness of students’ sexual mental health education. Only in high school physical education, scientific mental health education, to guide high school students to establish a healthy concept of sexuality and promote their healthy growth.
