目的:对糯米藤的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从糯米藤95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到12个化合物,分别签定为异鼠李素(1),山柰酚(2),槲皮素(3),异鼠李素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5),异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9),异鼠李素-3-O-芸香糖苷(10),山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(11)和槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(12)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of glutinous rice vine. Methods: Various chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of 95% ethanol extract of Glutinous Rice Grape and identified as isorhamnetin (1), kaempferol (2), quercetin (3) (4), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (5), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D (6), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (7), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside O-β-D-glucoside (9), isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside (10), and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside Glycoside (12). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
