患者男性, 46岁。于 2002-06-26入院。入院前 2个月渐出现四肢肌肉肿胀、乏力、僵硬、咀嚼肌酸痛、活动后四肢近端及躯干肌群疼痛,有时肌肉凸起似“肌丘”,持续数分钟至十几分钟后缓解。查体:颜面无苍白水肿,甲状腺未触及肿大,四肢肌肉肿胀,有坚实感,扣击后有“肌丘”出现
