绿色环保的理念渗透并体现在纺织工业的各个领域,《纺织工业“十二五”科技纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)对节能环保技术攻关和推广的规划也反映了这一特点。《纲要》提出“十二五”期间要重点完成50项节能环保关键技术,大力推广34项成熟的节能环保工艺技术,这些技术涉及棉纺、化纤、毛纺、印染、纺机、产业用等各个分行业,这也从侧面体现了纺织工业对节能减排、环境保护以及可持续发展的重视和推崇。
The concept of green environmental protection is permeated and embodied in all fields of the textile industry. This feature is also reflected in the planning of tackling and promoting energy conservation and environmental protection technologies in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” of the “Textile Industry” (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”). The “Outline” proposes that during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, we should focus on the completion of 50 key energy-saving and environmental protection technologies and vigorously promote 34 mature technologies for energy-saving and environmental protection. These technologies involve cotton spinning, chemical fiber, wool spinning, printing and dyeing, textile machinery, industrial use, etc. All sub-sectors, which also embodies the textile industry’s emphasis on energy-saving emission reduction, environmental protection and sustainable development and respected.
