采用液相色谱-质谱联用技术检测酒石酸阿福特罗粗品中的有关物质。采用Sepax Amethyst-C_8色谱柱,以乙腈∶含0.3%乙酸铵的1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;采用LC-二极管阵列检测器(PDA)测定各有关物质的UV吸收,乙腈辅助电喷雾正离子化的LC-MS/MS法测定各有关物质的母离子和子离子,并进行解析,推测出7个主要有关物质的结构,通过与已知化合物对照品进行HPLC比对,确证了Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ的结构。
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect the related substances in the arborescene tartrate crude.
