目的 :探讨脑出血与脑梗塞两种不同类型脑血管病各基因型的血脂水平。方法 :采用病例对照的研究方法 ,分别比较两种不同类型脑血管病患者的基因型特征 ,以及具有不同基因型者的血脂水平之间的差异。结果 :脑血管病组和正常对照组基因型分别以 E+ 、X- 为主 ,病例组 E- 、X+ 相对频率显著高于对照组。结论 :E- 和 X+ 等位基因是脑血管病发病中十分重要的基因类型 ,并可能通过影响脂质代谢来影响发病。
Objective: To explore the blood lipid levels of two genotypes of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. METHODS: A case-control study was conducted to compare the genotypic characteristics of patients with two different types of cerebrovascular disease and those with different genotypes, respectively. Results: The genotypes of cerebrovascular disease group and normal control group were mainly E + and X-, respectively. The relative frequencies of E- and X + in the cases were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: The E- and X + alleles are very important genotypes in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular disease and may affect the pathogenesis by affecting lipid metabolism.
