本文对衡阳市城区728名1~6岁儿童起始喂养方式与发中Zn Cu Fe微量元素含量进行了比较,同时对其年龄、身高、体重发育指标与有关微量元素的关系进行了调查分析。结果表明:同一年龄段儿童发中Zn Cu Fe含量以母乳喂养为高,均高于人工和混合喂养(P<0.01),混合喂养高于人工喂养(P<0.05);儿童发中Zn Cu Fe缺管率以母乳喂养最低分别为4.07%、0.00%、5.42%,混合喂养次之分别为14.38%、2.51%、15.11%,人工喂养最高分别为61.57%、5.92%、62.72%;发中微量元素Zn、Fe与儿童身高体重存在正相关(P<0.01),与年龄相关不明显(P>0.05)。说明起始母乳喂养方式对儿童在哺乳期乃至学龄前整个时期的生长发育和智力有关的微量元素Zn cu Fe含量起着重要的作用。
In this paper, 728 children aged from 1 to 6 years old in Hengyang city were compared with the content of trace elements in Zn Cu Fe, and the relationship between their age, height, body weight and the related trace elements were also analyzed. The results showed that the content of Zn Cu Fe in the hair of the same age group was higher than that of the artificial feeding and mixed feeding (P <0.01), and the mixed feeding was higher than that of the artificial feeding (P <0.05) The rate of missing milk was 4.07%, 0.00% and 5.42% respectively, followed by mixed feeding was 14.38%, 2.51% and 15.11%, respectively, the highest rate of artificial feeding was 61.57%, 5.92% and 62.72% Elemental Zn and Fe were positively correlated with height and weight of children (P <0.01), but not significant with age (P> 0.05). It indicates that the initial breastfeeding method plays an important role in the growth and intelligence-related trace element Zn cu Fe content during lactation and even pre-school age.
