随着全球化经济的发展,市场经济体制的不断改革,我国制造业也相继得到了一定的发展。然而,在面对目前激烈的市场竞争中,企业身为一个主要的经营实体,促使了我国经济的前进。成本管理是一个企业中最为关键的组成部分,对企业起了直接性的影响。通过对企业进行成本控制管理,改良其企业的经济体系,使得企业能够获得更大的效益。本文主要介绍了制造业成本控制所面临的问题,以及列出了相应的应对措施实施分析。
With the development of the global economy and the constant reform of the market economy, China’s manufacturing industry has also been gradually developed. However, in the face of the current fierce market competition, the enterprise as a major operating entity has promoted the progress of our economy. Cost management is one of the most critical components of an organization and has a direct impact on the organization. Through cost control and management of enterprises to improve the economic system of their enterprises, enabling businesses to obtain greater benefits. This article mainly introduces the problems that the manufacturing cost control faces, as well as lists the implementation of the corresponding response measures.
