我国服务零售业态的发展起步早,发展缓慢,它的发展直接影响到整个服务零售业的发展。根据不同的经营行为和营销手段,我国服务零售可分为6种主要的业态。服务零售消费属于精神性消费,与商品零售消费的物质性消费比较,我国消费者的服务零售需求具有不稳定性、消费者对服务零售价格敏感度高、服务零售质量难于维系消费者信心等特征。各服务零售业态要保持健康发展,必须根据我国服务零售消费特征有针对性地寻找目标顾客,制定相适宜的经营策略。
The development of China’s service retail business has started early and has been slow to develop. Its development has a direct impact on the development of the service retail industry. According to different business practices and marketing tools, China’s service retail can be divided into 6 main formats. Service Retail Consumption belongs to spiritual consumption.
