近期,青岛市出台15条新政策,扶持劳动者自主创业。据悉,青岛设立10亿元创业扶持就业资金,用于助力小微企业发展,支持产业转型升级,在全国同类城市中位居前列。青岛规定到2014年底前,市本级小额担保贷款基金增加到8亿元,各区市担保基金增加到不低于2000万元,扩大后全市小额担保贷款基金规模为10.2亿元。符合条件的创业人员可申请最高45万元的小额担保贷款,微利项目从业者可获得全额贴息。小企业可申请的小额担保贷款最高额度提高到300万元,并给与50%的贴息。
Recently, Qingdao introduced 15 new policies to support workers to start their own businesses. It is reported that Qingdao set up a billion yuan to support the employment of entrepreneurship funds for the development of small and micro enterprises to help support the industrial restructuring and upgrading in the country in the forefront of similar cities. Qingdao stipulates that by the end of 2014, the city-level small-sum guaranteed loan fund will increase to 800 million yuan and the guarantee funds in all districts and municipalities will increase to not less than 20 million yuan. After the expansion, the size of the city’s small-sized guaranteed loan fund will be 1.02 billion yuan. Eligible entrepreneurs can apply for up to 450,000 yuan of small secured loans, profit-making practitioners receive full discount interest. Small businesses can apply for the maximum amount of small loans increased to 3 million yuan, and give 50% discount.
