企业招才新的变化 “猎头”是特指人才的搜寻、网罗服务,是一个“以人才作为商品”的新兴行业。据统计,在国外,有近95%的企业通过“猎头”完成招聘,招才企业与“猎头”打交道、委托“猎头”就和其它招聘形式一样平常。但是,在国内,企业仅有5%选用“猎头”服务,要使“猎头”真正被企业接受实非易事。据了解,近几年来,“猎头”所涉足的范围有了进一步拓展,尤其是通讯、IT、网络、电子、医疗等行业的“猎头”年
