“Training is up to me”这个信念已深入人心 思科中国有限公司人力资源总监关迟先生对该信念的解释是:员工要学会培训自己,明白让自己得到训练和发展是他个人的事情。他还说,员工接受公司的培训尤其是关于网络的培训,如果他自己不多下功夫,那么即使他在培训课堂上坐上一整天,仍然会什么也学不到。
