目的:作为第二次全国非法成瘾物质流行病学调查的第二部分,本文报告了我国吸毒高发区非法成瘾物质使用类型和方法.方法:整群抽样,挨户、线索和机构调查和结合,调查了全国6个高发地区67 319社区人群(15岁及以上,男34 755,占51.6%,女32 564,占48.4%)的非法成瘾物质使用情况.结果:所使用的非法成瘾物质者中,主要为阿片类物质;平均使用次数为10.2次/周,"追龙"仍然是主要的使用方法,静脉使用次之.各调查点的使用类型与使用方法有较大的差异.结论:我国的非法使用的成瘾物质是主要是阿片类物质,使用途径以吸入和静脉注射为主,对其它非法成瘾物质流行病学研究有待于深入.
