湖南省CUJA联络组于1988年9月成立。组长单位为中南工业大学学报编辑部,副组长单位为湖南大学学报编辑部、国防科技大学学报编辑部、湖南农学院学报编辑部,系统成员13个单位。联络组成立一年多,团结全省CUJA系统成员,宣传CUJA事业,开展业务培训和学术交流,为学报工作的规范化、标准化和现代化建设作出了一定贡献。今年4月20～30日在中南工业大学召开了湖南省首届CUJA成员大会。大会总结了CUJA工作的成绩,交流了工作经验,部署了今后一段时期的工作。大会始终得到了湖南省高校学报研究会,中南工业大学的关怀和支持。大会期间,还举办了CUJA系统微机信息交换技术学习班,学习了DOS基础知识,dBASEⅡ基础知识,MIES系统及其应用,CUJA工作单的制作,学员21人,经考核成绩合格,全部领到结业证书,我院学报编辑部张汉文同志参加了会议,并获得了学习班结业证书。
CUJA Liaison Team in Hunan Province was established in September 1988. The unit leader is the Journal editorial department of Central South University of Technology, and the deputy leader units are the editorial department of Journal of Hunan University, the editorial department of Journal of National Defense Science and Technology University, the editorial department of Journal of Hunan Agricultural College, and the system members. The Liaison Group was established more than a year ago, unite CUJA members of the province, publicize CUJA’s cause, conduct business training and academic exchanges, and make some contribution to the standardization, standardization and modernization of journal work. April 20, 2010 held in Central South University of Technology in Hunan Province, the first CUJA member meeting. The conference summarized the achievements of CUJA work, exchanged work experience and deployed work for a period of time to come. The conference has always been Hunan University Journal Research Association, Central South University of care and support. During the conference, also held the CUJA system of computer information exchange technology classes, learning the basics of DOS, basic knowledge of dBASE Ⅱ, MIES systems and their applications, CUJA work single production, 21 students, after passing the examination results, all received the graduation Certificate, our journal editor Zhang Hanwen comrades attended the meeting, and won the diploma certificate class.
