黄河下游盐碱地的发生发展,历来是关系到河南、山东两省和黄淮海平原农业生产的大问题。解放后,下游开发利用黄河水沙资源的工作进展很快,引黄灌溉面积已达2200万亩,占耕地面积的58%,引黄灌溉改变了这一地区的农业生产条件,增强了抗御自然灾害的能力,促进了粮棉大幅度增产。但发展引黄灌溉,既有经验,也有教训,处理不当,会引起土壤次生盐渍化。随着实践认识的提高,科学的发展,已经有了成套防治盐碱地的技术。由于本刊篇幅所限,以下图表,是从黄委会引黄灌溉试验站柴力、黄宝全两位同志所写的“黄河下游52个引黄县(市)盐碱地调查报告”中摘登的,提供有关同志参考。
The occurrence and development of saline-alkali land in the lower reaches of the Yellow River have always been a major issue that has an impact on the agricultural production in the two provinces of Henan and Shandong and the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain. After the liberation, the downstream development and utilization of water and sediment resources of the Yellow River progressed very rapidly. The irrigated area of the Yellow River reached 22 million mu, accounting for 58% of the cultivated land area. Irrigation by the Yellow River changed the agricultural production conditions in this area and enhanced the anti- Disaster capacity, and promote a substantial increase in grain and cotton production. However, the development of the Yellow River irrigation, both experience and lessons, improper handling, will cause secondary soil salinization. With the improvement of practical knowledge and scientific development, there is already a complete set of technologies for preventing and treating saline land.
