取代苯甲酸类杂环偶氮染料是近年来发展起来的新显色剂,本文研究新显色剂2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲基氨是基苯甲酸(简称TAIVIB)用于测定铝合金中的微量铜。在pH 3.0氯乙酸-氯乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,无掩蔽剂存在下,TAMB与铝合金中的微量铜形成稳定的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长为635nm,摩尔吸光系数达5×10~4,在0~25μg/50ml内符合比耳定律。该法的选择性好,显色稳定,测量结果十分令人满意。
