本文以大豆粉作为主要的研究对象,重点阐述了大豆异黄酮在经过一系列提取后的纯化效果,且对10% 纯度的大豆异黄酮原粉对小鼠衰老指标的影响进行了深入分析。从最终的试验结果来看,60% 浓度的乙醇以及其他物料之间的比例为1:5,在60℃的水浴条件下经过4 个小时的提取,提取出1.61% 纯度的大豆异黄酮粗提物,后经水解处理与树脂层析分离后将会获得纯度为10% 的大豆异黄酮原粉。在将其应用至小鼠身上后,能够从根本上将小鼠的过氧化脂质含量降低,且能够进一步提升谷胱甘肽过氧化物的酶活性,皮肤羟脯氨酸的含量相较以往也有了明显提升,继而判定大豆异黄酮能够起到一定的rn抗衰老作用。“,”This article takes soybean powder as the main research object, focusing on the purification effect of soybean isoflavones after a series of extractions, and the effect of 10% pure soybean isoflavones on the aging indicators of mice analysis.
