目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平分别与男、女脑梗死发病的关系。方法采用生化分析仪循环酶法测定265例男性(其中健康对照组为57例,脑梗死患者为208例)及150例女性(其中健康对照组为56例,脑梗死患者为94例)。结果男性脑梗死组血浆中HCY平均水平为(17.56±0.76)μmol/L,男性健康对照组血浆中HCY平均水平为(13.71±0.91)μmol/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.244,P<0.01);女性脑梗死组血浆HCY平均水平为(13.78±0.95)μmol/L,女性健康对照组血浆HCY水平(10.44±0.64)μmol/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.927,P<0.01)。另外发现,无论是对照组还是脑梗死组,男性HCY平均水平均显著高于女性,t值分别为33.976和22.126,均P<0.01。结论血浆同型半胱氨酸升高与男女脑梗死有关,是脑梗死发生的重要致病因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (HCY) levels and the incidence of cerebral infarction in both men and women. Methods A total of 265 men (57 healthy controls and 208 cerebral infarction patients) and 150 women (56 healthy controls and 94 cerebral infarcts) were enrolled in this study. Results The average level of HCY in the plasma of the male cerebral infarction group was (17.56 ± 0.76) μmol / L and that of the male healthy control group was (13.71 ± 0.91) μmol / L, the difference was statistically significant (t = 3.244, P <0.01). The average level of plasma HCY was (13.78 ± 0.95) μmol / L in female patients with cerebral infarction and 10.44 ± 0.64 μmol / L in healthy women. There was significant difference between the two groups Significance (t = 2.927, P <0.01). In addition, we found that both the control group and the cerebral infarction group, the average level of HCY in males was significantly higher than that in females, with t values of 33.976 and 22.126, respectively, both P <0.01. Conclusions Plasma homocysteine is associated with cerebral infarction in men and women and is an important causative factor for cerebral infarction.
