长期以来,由于种种因素,村级债务问题始终得不到有效解决,本文在分析村级债务成因的基础上,提出了相应的对策。

For a long time, due to various factors, the issue of village-level debt has not been effectively solved. Based on the analysis of the causes of village-level debt, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
