近年来,在油气管道工程建设中越来越多地引进材料和设备,在这些引进外国设备和材料的订货合同中,都涉及到各种离岸价格和到岸价格的计算方法。而离岸价格又有种种规定,因此了解外贸合同中常用的离岸价格和到岸价格的计算方法,对提高管道工程可行性研究和初步设计准确性有重大作用,本文摘录外贸价格术语目的是说明商品价格的构成和划清买卖双方各自应负担的责任、费用、风险以及货物所有权转移的界限。
