随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的发展,招标投标方式越来越成为经济活动中重要的交易方式。而招标投标交易方式的顺利推行,必须造就一支具备专业素质、符合资格要求的招标师队伍。为此,管理部门依法制定了有关招标师职业水平考试和审核认定制度。自2009年开始,招标师职业水平考试已经成功举行了3次,有2万多人通过了考试,并按规定完成了注册登记,取得了招标师电子登记证书。但是,我国的社会主义市场经济体制尚处于进一步深化改革、也要不断完善的过程中,有关招投标行业的政策法规也会不断补充完善;招投标服务的领域也将不断拓宽,采用的技术手段不断更新。这些就要求即使已经通过考试,取得招标师职业水平认证的从业者也要不断接受继续教育,学习新的知识。为此,中国招标投标协会受政府有关部门委托,制定了有关招标师接受继续教育,取得相关认证的办法,并负责具体实施。为帮助广大招标师顺利接受继续教育,通过相关认证,本刊《招标师之家》特请权威人士解答正在或准备接受继续教育的招标师朋友关心的一些问题。

To this end, China Tendering and Bidding Association commissioned by the relevant government departments, developed a tender for further education, obtain relevant certification approach, and is responsible for the specific implementation.
