本文选择使用扩展的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数法测算了技术进步对我国经济增长的贡献率。结果表明,我国经济增长主要依靠要素投入驱动,要素投入对经济增长的拉动作用为52.7%,技术进步对经济拉动作用不足,为20.7%,且产出弹性较小,仅为0.13。技术进步对我国全要素生产率的提高至关重要,贡献率为43%,其他因素对于全要素生产率的提高作用较小。同时通过国际比较发现,我国研发投入总体力度较小,研发资本存量不足,全要素对经济增长的拉动作用远远低于韩国等发达国家。
This paper chooses the extended Cobb-Douglas production function method to measure the contribution rate of technological progress to China’s economic growth. The result shows that the economic growth in our country mainly depends on the input of factors, the input of elements to economic growth is 52.7%, the effect of technological progress on economy is less than 20.7%, and the output elasticity is only 0.13. Technological progress is crucial to the improvement of total factor productivity in our country, with a contribution rate of 43%. Other factors have less effect on the improvement of total factor productivity. At the same time, through international comparisons, we found that the overall R & D investment in China is relatively small and the R & D capital stock is insufficient. The pulling effect of all factors on the economic growth is much lower than that in developed countries such as South Korea.
