在继生长抑制剂矮壮素(2—氯乙基三甲基氯化胺)间世以后,1980年我国又合成了植物化学调节剂缩节安(1,1—二甲基—呱啶翁氯化物)。它在棉花上试验应用,能有效地抑制棉株顶芽和侧芽的生长,使主茎伸长缓慢,株型矮健紧凑,协调“两长”矛盾,增强光合作用,使多现蕾,多开花,早座桃,减少蕾铃脱落,促进早熟,提高产量、增加经济效益、有比矮壮素更持久、更安全的显著效果。为进一步研究其施用条件和时期,1982年我们在省棉科所的主持和指导下,进行了以下试验。现简报如下:
