目的分析“医疗综合目标评估”对提升医务人员手卫生正确率的效果,以提升医院感染预防控制水平。方法 2013年1月-2014年6月在某三级甲等综合医院将包括手卫生正确率在内的医院感染管理的关键指标纳入“医疗综合目标评估”体系,并进行多种形式的反馈,通过调查,分析“医疗综合目标评估”实施前后手卫生正确率的变化。结果随着“医疗综合目标评估”的不断推进,手卫生正确率从干预前的57.21%提升至干预后期的95.30%,提升效果差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 838.04,P<0.01);除技术员在干预前后手卫生正确率的变化差异无统计学意义外,各类科室、专业人员手卫生正确率呈上升趋势并提升明显(P<0.01),至干预措施实施的Ⅲ期,手卫生正确率稳定在90.00%以上。结论采取“医疗综合目标评估”能明显提升手卫生正确率,并持续保持在较高的水平,是一项长期有效提升手卫生正确性的管理举措。
Objective To analyze the effect of “medical comprehensive evaluation” on improving the accuracy of hand hygiene of medical staff so as to enhance the level of prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014, the key indicators of nosocomial infection management, including the accuracy of hand hygiene, were included in the “comprehensive medical evaluation system” in a tertiary level general hospital and various forms of Feedback, through investigation, analysis of “medical comprehensive evaluation of goals” before and after the implementation of hand hygiene changes. Results With the continuous improvement of “medical comprehensive evaluation”, the correct rate of hand hygiene was increased from 57.21% before intervention to 95.30% at the end of intervention, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 1838.04, P <0.01) . Except for the technician’s correctness of hand hygiene before and after the intervention, there was no significant difference in the correct rate of hand hygiene, the correct rate of hand hygiene of all kinds of departments and professionals was on an upward trend and significantly improved (P <0.01) Health correct rate stable at above 90.00%. Conclusion The “comprehensive evaluation of medical treatment” can significantly improve the accuracy of hand hygiene and maintain a high level. This is a long-term and effective management measure to improve the accuracy of hand hygiene.
