人事档案真实反映了个人的自然情况及个人在社会活动中的表现,既与个人权益保障和职业生涯息息相关,也是各企事业单位进行人才选拔的重要依据。随着我国就业形势不断变化及人事制度改革的逐步深化,人事档案的管理工作应以党和国家政策为指导,坚持以人为本原则,加大宣传教育力度,加强人事档案管理专职人员的队伍建设,加快人事档案收集工作的管理制度建设和人事档案管理的信息化建设,最大限度发挥人事档案管理的效用。
