以涂层高速钢和涂层硬质合金为代表的涂层刃具材料,是正在迅速发展的新型复合工具材料。本文较系统地总结了近几年来在涂层刃具的研究与应用方面取得的成果和新进展;论述了CVD、PVD 和TD 三种基本涂覆技术的原理和方法;阐明了TiC、TiN、Ti(C,N)、Al_2O_3和VC 五种常用涂层的结构、组织及性质;评述了涂层刃具的性能和应用效果;最后,介绍了涂层刃具材料的某些发展动向。
Coating cutting tools represented by coated high-speed steel and coated cemented carbide are rapidly developing new composite tool materials. This paper systematically summarizes the achievements and new progresses made in the research and application of coating cutting tools in recent years. The principles and methods of three basic coating technologies of CVD, PVD and TD are expounded. The effects of TiC, TiN, Ti (C, N), Al_2O_3 and VC five commonly used coatings of the structure, organization and properties; reviews the performance of the coating cutting tool and the application effect; finally, introduced some of the coating cutting tool material development trends.
