将高校基层党建工作与品牌化理念结合起来,通过项目化管理的方式,扎实开展基层党建特色品牌创建工作,是新形势下加强高校基层党组织建设的一个有力抓手和重要途径。但在实际品牌创建过程中却存在一些不容忽视的问题,如对党建品牌的概念内涵认识不够,党建品牌趋同性和同质化现象严重,党建品牌创建重形式、轻内涵,党建品牌创建工作机制不健全。高校基层党组织开展品牌创建活动,应当强化品牌理念,主动围绕中心大局,立足自身实际,做好党建品牌顶层设计;要以项目化管理为抓手,推动党建工作品牌项目、方法和模式创新;要注重形成合力,构建基层党组织党建品牌创建工作长效机制。
