研究硅肥中提取有效硅适宜的浸提剂、测定方法、提取参数以及采用重量法时灼烧过程的简化。推荐0 .5 mol/ L 盐酸溶液为硅肥中有效硅的提取剂 ;重量法和氟硅酸钾容量法均可作为有效硅的测定方法 ;在提取过程中 ,推荐振荡机振荡频率为 180 r/ min,振荡时间 80 min,振荡机内温度在 2 5~ 30℃。采用重量法测定待测样中的有效硅含量 ,样品灼烧温度为 95 0℃、灼烧 6 0 min就可以达到恒重 ,不必重复灼烧。
It is very important to study the suitable extracting agent of effective silicon in silicon fertilizer, the determination method, the extraction parameters and the simplification of the burning process when using gravimetric method. It is recommended that 0.5 mol / L hydrochloric acid solution be an effective silicon extractant in silicon fertilizer. The gravimetric method and potassium fluosilicate content method are both effective methods for the determination of effective silicon. During the extraction process, the oscillation frequency of the oscillator is 180 r / min, shaking time 80 min, shaking machine temperature at 25 ~ 30 ℃.
