通过苹果M、MM系矮化砧春梢幼叶过氧化物酶活性与植株矮化性状相关性的研究表明,酶活性与矮化程度呈负相关,砧木愈矮其酶活性愈高.据对矮化砧F_1幼株的测定证明酶活性与根皮率呈正相关,与植抹高度、主干粗度呈负相关.过氧化物酶同工酶可鉴定出苹果矮化砧F_1群体中约占2/3的遗传变异单株.
The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the activity of dwarfing and the activity of peroxidase and the dwarfing of juvenile leaf in the spring of M. dwarfing on the apple M, The dwarfing ancestors F1 plantlets showed that there was a positive correlation between the enzyme activity and the root bark rate, which was negatively correlated with the plant height and the stem diameter.The peroxidase isozyme could identify about 2 / 3 genetic variation single plant.
