苏北地区高职院校教师隐性流失的原因分析

目前,高职院校教师隐性流失问题日益严峻,通过对苏北地区14所公办高职院校的部分任课教师进行问卷、访谈调研表明,社会因素、学校因素和个人因素是苏北地区高职院校教师隐性流失的主要影响因素。高职院校教师资源流失意味着高职院校人力资本投资的丧失,对教师个体、教育事业和社会带来了负面影响。当前,应该在总结苏北地区高职院校教师隐性流失原因的基础上,提出高职院校教师发展的路径。

At present, the problem of tacit loss of teachers in higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more serious. Through questionnaire survey of some teachers in 14 public higher vocational colleges in northern Jiangsu, interviews and investigations show that the social, school and personal factors are high The Main Factors Influencing the Recessive Loss of Vocational College Teachers. The loss of teacher resources in higher vocational colleges means that the loss of human capital investment in higher vocational colleges has a negative impact on individual teachers, educational undertakings and the society. At present, on the basis of summing up the reasons for the tacit loss of teachers in higher vocational colleges in North Jiangsu, this paper puts forward the path of the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
