本实验对春大麦区和冬大麦区16个实验点的大麦蛋白质含量及其生态条件进行了研究。生态条件不仅影响大麦的产量,而且明显地影响其质量。大麦的千粒重、发芽力、蛋白质含量、淀粉含量等重要指标都与其生态条件密切相关〔3〕。蛋白质含量与开花成熟期的日平均气温和月平均日照时数呈正相关,与开花成熟期的月平均降雨量呈负相关。我国大麦蛋白质含量自北向南逐渐降低是一种总趋势。通过研究大麦蛋白质含量与生态条件的关系,可合理布局大麦,满足畜牧业和啤酒工业对其不同品质的特殊要求。
In this experiment, the barley protein content and ecological conditions in 16 experimental sites in spring barley and winter barley areas were studied. Ecological conditions not only affect the yield of barley, but also significantly affect its quality. One thousand grain weight barley, germination, protein content, starch content and other important indicators are closely related with their ecological conditions 〔3〕. The protein content was positively correlated with the average daily temperature at the flowering and maturity stages and the monthly mean sunshine duration, and negatively correlated with the monthly average rainfall at the flowering and maturity stages. China’s barley protein content gradually decreased from north to south is a general trend. By studying the relationship between barley protein content and ecological conditions, barley can be rationally arranged to meet the special requirements of animal husbandry and beer industries for their different qualities.
