为了实现大同市御河城区段中水调蓄工程的质量控制目标,工程业主方、施工方、设计方、监理方、供应方以及政府工程监督管理部门齐抓共管,相互协调,紧紧围绕工程进度、资金和质量三个主要环节,具体抓好事前、事中、事后的协调、监督和验收,保证了整体工程的如期竣工,生态和社会效益显著。
