本研究证实,W18Cr4V钢在1275~1295℃,W6Mo5Cr4V2钢在1210~1250℃,W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)钢在1190~1220℃范围淬火时,经低、高温双重(320~380℃×1h+540~560℃×1h)回火后,随淬火温度升高,硬度、红硬性增加;冲击韧性、弯曲强度、挠度基本呈下降趋势;而平面应变断裂韧性几乎无变化。性能的改变可用淬火温度对奥氏体晶粒尺寸,残余碳化物量以及固溶度的影响予以说明。在研究的淬火温度范围内,和普通三次高温回火相比,低高温双重回火高速钢的二次硬化、红硬性以及冲击韧性普遍提高。低高温双重回火使性能改善,与低温回火促进M_2C碳化物充分析出,碳化物弥散度高,均匀性好,部分下贝氏体存在以及基体固溶度相对较低等因素有关。
The results show that the W18Cr4V steel is annealed in the range of 1290-1220 ℃ at 1275-1295 ℃, W6Mo5Cr4V2 at 1210-1250 ℃ and W2Mo9Cr4VCo8 (M42) at low and high temperature (320-380 ℃ × 1h + 540-560) ℃ × 1h) tempering, with the quenching temperature increases, hardness, red hardness increases; impact toughness, flexural strength, deflection basically showed a downward trend; and plane strain fracture toughness almost no change. The effect of quenching temperature on the austenite grain size, the amount of residual carbides and the degree of solid solubility can be explained by the change of properties. In the study of the quenching temperature range, compared with ordinary tempering at high temperature, the temper hardening, red hardness and impact toughness of low temper double tempering high speed steel are generally improved. Low tempering double tempering performance improvement, and low temperature tempering to promote the full precipitation of M 2 C carbide, carbide dispersion is high, good uniformity, part of the existence of lower bainite and matrix solid solubility is relatively low and other factors.
