壹前言一、地理环境与历史沿革滕州市位于山东省南部、枣庄市西北部,东依泰沂山脉,西滨微山湖区,地处北纬34°51′至35°17′和东经116°48′至117°23′之间。地理位置东临枣庄市山亭区,南临薛城区,西濒济宁市微山县,北部和邹城市接壤。市境南北长约46公里,东西宽45公里左右,面积1485平方公里。境内地势由东北向西南倾斜,具有山区、丘陵、平原、湖洼兼有的特点。北、东、南三面环山,属于鲁中南山区向西南麓延伸地带,可划分为低山丘陵区、山前平原区和滨湖区三个地貌单元。海拔高度最高点为620米,最低处仅33.5米。
