图书馆运行过程中的关键构成部分就是图书管理,此工作具有非常强的系统性与繁杂性,因而,工作人员必须具备比较高的专业能力与职业素养。不过在新时期,信息与科学技术都在逐渐进步的形势下,出现了各种不同的新兴媒体。这不但使人们的阅读方式发生了很大的变化。在党校图书馆中,图书管理的关键内容也转变为对数字图书的管理。本文主要阐述了新媒体时代下党校数字图书管理的特征,同时对此提出了有关管理方法。
Library operation is a key component of the management of books, this work has a very strong system and complexity, therefore, staff must have a higher professional ability and professionalism. However, in the new era, with the gradual progress of information and science and technology, various emerging media appeared. This not only makes a great change in people’s way of reading. In the party school library, the key elements of library management are also transformed into the management of digital books. This article mainly expounds the characteristics of the management of digital library under the new media era, and at the same time puts forward the relevant management methods.
