利福平降低口服异搏定的生物利用度。二者合用时应增加异搏定的口服剂量,以便产生一个治疗的血药浓度。曾对抗结核药影响异搏定的血浆浓度进行了研究。6名应用抗结核药治疗至少6个月的病人和6名健康志愿者(对照组)参加本研究。使用的抗结核药是利福平(日用量450~600mg)、异烟肼(日用量5mg/kg)和乙胺丁醇(日用量15mg/kg)。服用这些抗结核药最终剂量后12小时,口服异搏定40mg,同时对照组亦使用相同剂量的异搏
Rifampicin reduces the bioavailability of oral verapamil. The combination of both should increase the oral dose of verapamil in order to produce a therapeutic plasma concentration. The plasma concentrations of verapamil against tuberculosis have been studied. Six patients treated with anti-TB drugs for at least 6 months and six healthy volunteers (control group) participated in the study. The anti-TB drugs used were rifampicin (daily dose 450-600 mg), isoniazid (daily dose 5 mg / kg) and ethambutol (daily dose 15 mg / kg). 12 hours after taking the final dose of these anti-TB drugs, oral verapamil 40mg, while the control group also use the same dose of verapamil
