从尖叶唐松草(Thalictrum acutifolium(Hand.-Mazz.)Boivin)根分离得8种成分。经光谱分析和化学反应等鉴定为:棕榈酸甲酯(A_1)、亚油酸甲酯(A_2)、β-谷甾醇(A_3)、正二十九烷(B_2)、正三十五烷(B_b)、氧化小蘖碱(B_1)、尖叶唐松草啶碱(B_2)和木防己宁碱(D)。其中 B_2为新生物碱,D 为第一次从该属植物分离得到。
Eight components were isolated from the root of Thalictrum acutifolium (Hand.-Mazz.) Boivin. The spectral analysis and chemical reaction identified as: palmitic acid methyl ester (A_1), methyl linoleate (A_2), β-sitosterol (A_3), n-nonacosane (B_2), n-pentadecane ( B_b), berberine oxide (B_1), trepanthedoxine (B_2) and wood tromethamine (D). Among them, B 2 is a new alkaloid and D is isolated from this genus for the first time.
