目的探讨食管小细胞癌的临床特点及治疗模式。方法分析1980年至2002年我院收治的19例接受手术的食管小细胞癌患者临床资料。结果本组无手术死亡及术后并发症发生,5年生存率仅为5.26%。结论食管小细胞癌恶性程度高,预后差,综合治疗可能是提高疗效的关键所在。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of esophageal small cell carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with esophageal small cell carcinoma undergoing surgery in our hospital from 1980 to 2002 were analyzed. Results There was no operative death and postoperative complications in this group. The 5-year survival rate was only 5.26%. Conclusion Small cell carcinoma of the esophagus has a high malignancy and a poor prognosis. Comprehensive treatment may be the key to improve the curative effect.
