2005年我国出版业会异常繁荣。从出版管理的角度来看,2005年出版业面临两个关键词:“管住”与“搞活”。即:“管住”不等于“管死”;“搞活”不等于“搞乱”。我认为,文化单位有以下两大类型:一是公益性的文化事业单位,二是经营性的文化产业单位。它们最终的发展方向是改制成文化企业。但不管怎么改,出版社都要注意三个方面:一是保证正确的导向,二是保证文化品位,三是不断发展壮大。我们面临的2005年将是书业竞争更加激烈的一年,出版产业更要遵循以上三条铁律。
In 2005 China’s publishing industry will be unusually prosperous. From a publishing management point of view, the publishing industry in 2005 faces two key words: “live” and “live”. That is: “pipe live ” does not mean “pipe dead ”; “invigorate ” does not mean “mess up ”. In my opinion, there are two types of cultural units: the first one is a non-profit cultural institution, and the second one is a commercial cultural industry unit. Their ultimate goal is to transform into a cultural enterprise. But no matter how to change, publishers should pay attention to three aspects: First, to ensure the correct orientation, the second is to ensure cultural taste, and third, continue to grow and develop. We face 2005 will be more intense competition in the book industry, the publishing industry to follow these three rules of iron.
