Brush style and stereotypes Today, we can see the earliest brush, is the early Warring States period, dating back a total of 24,500 years. In 1957, No. 1 Tomb of Xinyang, Taiwan, unearthed a pen. This pen, bamboo rod, rod diameter 9 cm, pen thread tied around the rod end, pen front 2.5 cm long, brush long 23.4 cm, unearthed, the pen is still set in a bamboo tube. In 1975, Hubei Yunmeng Naohu Di 11 Qin tomb, unearthed three brush, pen are all bamboo, the upper tip, the lower end of the rough and hollow and into the pen cavity, used to insert pen hair. Unearthed, the pen into the bamboo pen sleeve. It is clear to the Qin Dynasty, pen brush hair has been around the pen around the original into the rod cavity. This modification is basically the same as the modern brush writing method. Perhaps, this is the origin of the Qin pen, in order to distinguish with the brush of the past.
