A new Japanese construction agency is considering 11 grand projects that “create a better living space and environment” for the entire world, including the construction of an overland passage through Central America and a bridge across the Strait of Gibraltar. Named “Global Infrastructure Fund Research Foundation,” the agency was founded in October 1990 and was allegedly supported by seven Japanese government departments funded by several giants in Japanese industry.
