杭州新天地办公楼采用框架-核心筒(双筒)结构体系,为不规则连体结构,结构平面规则性超限(扭转不规则)和立面规则性超限(双塔连体结构),在地震作用下结构反应复杂,扭转效应明显。运用ABAQUS软件建立结构三维力学模型,采用弹性时程法和弹塑性时程分析法进行地震反应计算,并针对相关抗震性能指标进行对比分析,以此考察结构的整体性能和薄弱部位。分析结果得出,本结构抗震性能良好,足以抵御6度地震。

The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the structure is good enough to resist the 6 degree earthquake.
