SWOT分析即强弱机危综合分析法,是一种竞争态势分析法,通过评价优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、竞争市场上的机会(Opportunities)和威胁(Threats),用以在制定具体发展战略前对现状进行深入全面的分析以及竞争优势的定位。笔者试以SWOT分析为连云港市高技能人才队伍建设作一个分析研究。一、连云港市高技能人才队伍的SWOT分析(一)优势分析1.战略地位不断提高。2003年全国人才工作会议后,技能人才纳入人才范畴。技能人才尤其是高级工以上的高技能人才培养纳入连云港市人才队伍建设的总体规划,成为人才强市战略的重要内容之一。
