目的回顾性研究诊断肾脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(AML)以及与肾细胞癌(RCC)鉴别诊断时所需要的最佳CT阈值(HU)与兴趣区(ROI)的大小。材料与方法本研究经机构审查委员会批准并符合HIPAA,病人均签署知情同意书。

Objective To retrospectively study the optimal CT threshold (HU) and region of interest (ROI) for diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma (AML) and differential diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Materials and Methods The study was approved by the institutional review board and conformed to HIPAA. All patients signed informed consent.
