局部注射糖皮质激素治疗睑板腺囊肿具有操作简便、疗效确实和安全性高等优点,近年来巳被许多医院所采用。同睑板腺囊肿刮除术一样,治疗中如果操作不当,亦有可能损伤提上睑肌而导致上睑下垂。现将笔者遇到的1例报告如下: 林××男25岁因右上睑不适一个多月于1984年9月16日来院门诊。检查:双眼视力均为1.5,右上睑结膜面距内眦约6mm处有一限局性肿物,呈灰白色,直径约6mm,上界近上穹窿部,无压痛。诊断:右上睑睑板腺囊肿。因患者惧怕手术而给予局部注射糖皮质激素治疗。参照《实用眼科杂志》1984年第3期李岳亮的方法,于
Topical glucocorticoid treatment of meibomian gland cyst has the advantages of simple, effective and safe, has been used by many hospitals in recent years. Same as meibomian gland cyst curettage, the treatment if improper operation, may also damage the levator muscle and cause ptosis. I now encounter the case of a report as follows: Lin XX male 25-year-old due to right upper eyelid discomfort for more than a month in September 16, 1984 to hospital. Check: binocular visual acuity was 1.5, the right upper eyelid conjunctiva within about 6mm from the Department of a limited local tumor, pale gray, about 6mm in diameter, the upper bound near the fornix, no tenderness. Diagnosis: upper right eyelid gland cyst. Local injection of glucocorticoid is given because of fear of surgery.
