People often hear complaints from state-owned enterprises: “The quality of our staff is poor. Our talents go to private-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises. The existing college graduates also have their own meaning and can not retain their talents!” The author believes that the following methods can be used to retain talent: The most important reason for the loss of qualified talents is the problem of under-treatment. This further shows that in the market economy, people pay more attention to the material interests of reality. Therefore, while our state-owned enterprises are willing to spend huge sums of money to attract talents, we must attach importance to the development and utilization of existing human resources.
