2007年初的天津市政府工作报告就明确提出:“推进金融改革创新。扩大直接融资,在搞好渤海产业投资基金试点的基础上,发展各类私募股权基金,争取在天津设立全国性非上市公众公司报价和转让市场。”
The report of the Tianjin municipal government in early 2007 made it clear: “To promote financial reform and innovation.
