随着互联网在中国的迅猛发展,网络文化正深刻地改变着人们的生活方式、思维方式和思想观念,但也由此而引发一系列问题,网络伦理问题就是其中之一。如何正确地看待网络文化,建设中国特色的网络文化,成为时代面临的一个崭新课题。2007年6月3日~4日,在全国网络文化建设和管理工作会议上,中宣部部长刘云山强调:“建设中国特色网络文化是党中央从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局和文化发展战略作出的重大部署,加强网络文化建设和管理,是发展社会主义先进文化,满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求的迫切需要,是占领思想文化阵地、促进社会稳定和谐的迫切需要,是顺应人民群众强烈愿望、保护青少年身心健康的迫切需要,是树立国家良好形象,增强国家文化软实力的迫切需要。”基于此,本刊约请几位在这个领域学有专长的专家学者,围绕网络文化和网络伦理建设进行深入探讨,以期引起人们对网络文化和网络伦理建设的关注和思考。
With the rapid development of the Internet in China, the network culture is profoundly changing people’s way of life, ways of thinking and ideas, but it also leads to a series of problems. The issue of network ethics is one of them. How to correctly view the network culture and build a network culture with Chinese characteristics has become a brand-new topic facing the times. From June 3 to June 4, 2007, Liu Yunshan, minister of the Central Propaganda Department, stressed at the work conference on network culture construction and management in the whole country: “Building a network culture with Chinese characteristics is a key factor in the party’s overall planning and development strategy for socialism with Chinese characteristics The major deployment made and the enhancement of network culture construction and management are the urgent needs of developing the advanced socialist culture and meeting the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the masses of the people. It is an urgent need to seize the ideological and cultural front and promote social stability and harmony. Strong desire and protection of young people’s physical and mental health urgent need is to establish a good image of the country and enhance the national cultural soft power of the urgent need. ”Based on this, this journal invited several experts and scholars in this field learn expertise around the network culture and Network ethics construction in-depth discussion, in order to arouse people’s attention and thinking on the network culture and network ethics construction.
